Wine Museum - Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne
Presentation
Housed in the former Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne and a place full of history of vine growing and wine making, the museum reveals the wealth of Burgundy wine and highlights the uniqueness of the “Climats” of the Burgundy Vineyard, listed as UNESCO World Heritage.
Workshops and activities are available throughout the year for all audiences.
The collections of old wine presses are open to the public in the vat room.
Opening times and dates:
Open 21 March to 21 September 2025: open every day, EXCEPT TUESDAYS, from 10.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm (ticket office closes 30 minutes before the museum closes)
Closed Tuesdays and 1 May 2025
Open 15 and 16 November 2025: from 10.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm.
The Wine Museum offers special free admission on:
17 May 2025 (European Night of Museums): from 7.00pm to 11.00pm (free access)
20 and 21 September 2025 (European Heritage Days): from 10.00am to 6.00pm (free access)
