At the heart of the Veuve Ambal production site, discover the secrets of the production of Crémant de Bourgogne during a guided tour*: from vine to tasting.
Discovering its ageing cellars, workshops, machines and automatons serving "the traditional method" will fascinate young and old alike.
Projections on giant screens provide a further addition to the tour at the heart of the company.
For your children, a fun, adapted tour, by your side, has been specially created.
Plus, there’s a tasting of 3 crémants to enjoy.

From 1/1/2025 to 5/4/2025, and 27/10/2025 to 31/12/2025: open Monday to Saturday.
From 6/4/2025 to 26/10/2025: open 7 days a week
Closed on 1/5/2025, 25/12/2025 and 1/1/2026
"2025" start times for tours of the cellars and production site:
Monday to Saturday: 10.30am - 2.30pm - 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Sundays from 6/4/2025 to 26/10/2025: 10.30am - 2.30pm - 3.30pm

Tour of the production site lasts: allow 1 hr 30 to 2 hr for the visit and tasting
Shop / tasting area opening times: free entry
from 1/1 to 30/4 and 1/10 to 31/12: 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm
from 2/5 to 30/9: 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.30pm
Sundays from 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.30pm from 1 April to 31 October
