Oenolay Tour guided tour
Presentation
Objective: to introduce you to the wines and winemakers of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. This tour offers an introduction to wine by professionals.
The 1.5-hour tour includes a vineyard walk (through the vines) and an explanation of the current work involved, the winery and winemaking process, followed by a guided tasting of three wines (free glass).
Nine partner winemakers offer nine different OeNolay Tours.
Each tour features a detailed demonstration, illustrating the winemaker's seasonal work: pruning, trellising, etc.
Tour lasts: around 1 hr 30
Tour in French.
When: Tours start every Saturday from 4 April to 31 October 2026 at 10.15am (glasses and tour materials will be provided)
Where: Meet at 10.15 am at the Nolay branch of the Beaune & Pays Beaunois Tourist Office Cat. I
Vehicles parked at Nolay Town Hall, Place de l’Hôtel de Ville, 21340 Nolay to allow group departure by car for the winemaker at 10.30am

Please arrive 5 minutes before departure.
The route is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.
You can show your printed ticket or e-ticket on your smartphone.
Reservations are required and can be made online on the Beaune and Pays Beaunois Tourist Office website or at the tourist office counters.
If you haven’t booked online or at the tourist office counters, please call 03 80 21 80 73 and make sure there are already participants for the tour. Register at the Nolay branch office and plan to arrive early accordingly.
If rain is expected the day before or on the day of the tour, please bring two pairs of shoes. The time spent in the vineyards will be shortened, with participants spending more time in the winery. The visit will still go ahead, even in bad weather.
