Through individual personalised, guided tasting workshops, experience Burgundy, its wine regions, grape varieties and Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations.

Come and explore the many facets of Burgundy at Millésimes à la Carte. Ideally located in Beaune (between the Palais des Congrès and Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne), we’ll be delighted to offer you the very best Burgundy wines.
In our cellar, you can discover a selection of the finest Burgundy appellations, to taste, share or take home.

The "Best of Burgundy" wine tasting workshop (7 wines):
This workshop invites you to discover 7 great wines and appreciate the Premier and Grand Cru vintages, the true flagships of Burgundy’s vineyards.
Sat around your table, you can enjoy a personalised experience with a dedicated wine consultant to guide you through your tasting.

Your tasting programme includes:
* 2 Premiers Crus and 1 Grand Cru white
* 2 Premiers Crus and 2 Grands Crus red 
 
For all workshops: Wines and vintages are subject to availability. Any wine that runs out will be replaced with an equivalent appellation or vintage.

For children: a selection of fruit juices from Burgundy's lands and soft drinks are available for an additional charge.
A special area is set aside for younger children with crayons and an activity table, so that they can also have a great time.

All year round, Tuesday to Saturday: 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.30pm to 7.00pm
Closed Sunday and Monday.
Closed 25 December 2026 and 1 January 2027
