Millésimes à la Carte - Special 2026 Wine Auction tasting: A Journey through our Premier Crus - At the Heart of Burgundy’s “Terroirs”

For the 2026 Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, Millésimes à la Carte invites you to its tasting space in Beaune for an exclusive experience showcasing the finest examples of our “terroirs”.

From Chablis to Gevrey-Chambertin, not forgetting Pouilly-Fuissé, Meursault, Mercurey and Pommard, this tasting invites you to journey from the south to the north of Burgundy’s vineyards and discover the diversity of its prestigious wines.

Over the course of around 1 hour 30 minutes, discover six Premier Crus carefully selected from Burgundy’s most iconic appellations. The commentary will cover the history of the estates, unique characteristics of the “Climat”, and the expression of each vintage and grape variety (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir).

The tasting is seated, held in small groups of no more than 10 people, to promote discussion and give the event a friendly, personalised feel. It’s an experience everyone can enjoy; no prior wine knowledge required.

Wines and vintages are subject to availability at the time of tasting. Any out-of-stock wine will be replaced by an equivalent appellation or vintage.
A selection of non-alcoholic beverages is also available for €4.

Based in Beaune, Millésimes à la Carte is a key player in the local wine scene. It serves as both a wine shop and tasting venue specialising in Burgundy wines.
Guided tastings are available all year round, so you can discover Burgundy through its “terroirs”, estates and appellations.
The shop offers an extensive selection of Burgundy wines and old vintages spanning the last 100 harvests, including some true gems, the oldest dating back to 1834.

This special Wine Auction tasting offers the chance to sample six Premiers Crus while also stepping into a shop specialising in fine Burgundy wines, granting you access to one of Beaune’s most impressive collections of rare, age-worthy bottles.
