Come and explore the many facets of Burgundy at Millésimes à la Carte. Ideally located in Beaune (between the Palais des Congrès and Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne), we’ll be delighted to offer you the very best Burgundy wines.
In our cellar, you can discover a selection of the finest Burgundy appellations, to taste, share or take home.

The "Pyramide des Crus" wine tasting workshop (7 wines):
This workshop lets you discover the pinnacle of Burgundy's great wine hierarchy, exploring the four levels of AOC designation, from Regional appellation to Grand Cru, in both white and red.
Sat around your table, you can enjoy a personalised experience with a dedicated wine consultant to guide you through your tasting of 7 wines.

Your tasting workshop includes: 
- 3 white Burgundy wines: a Regional appellation, Village appellation and a Grand Cru.
- 4 red Burgundy wines: a Regional appellation, Village appellation, Premier Cru and a Grand Cru.

For all workshops: Wines and vintages are subject to availability. Any wine that runs out will be replaced with an equivalent appellation or vintage.

For children: a selection of fruit juices from Burgundy's lands and soft drinks are available for an additional charge.
A dedicated area is set aside for younger children with crayons and an activity table to keep them entertained.

All year round, Tuesday to Saturday: 10.00am to 12.00pm and 2.30pm to 7.00pm
Closed Sunday and Monday.
Closed 25 December 2026 and 1 January 2027

The "La Pyramide des Crus" wine tasting workshop is available in French or English, starting at: 10.30am, 2.30pm and 5.00pm
