Maison CHAMPY – Guided visit of our cellars and wine tasting (IN ENGLISH ONLY)

Founded in 1720, Maison Champy is the first wine house established in Burgundy.
After a tour of Maison Champy’s 15th-century cellars, discover the diversity and richness of Burgundy’s appellations during a guided tasting. The secrets of Burgundy's famous "Climats" (wine-growing plots) is revealed through a nice selection of five "Terroir" wines (communal appellations and 1ers Crus/2 white wines and 3 red).
You’ll be welcomed in the heart of the historic town centre in Maison Champy’s cellars at Rue du Grenier à Sel, founded in 1720 in Beaune.
Kid-Friendly: Children (accompanied by an adult) haven’t been forgotten: a tasting of syrups with free aroma discovery is available while parents enjoy their wine tasting.
- Number of wines tasted: 5 wines (village appellations and 1ers Crus).
- Appellations: (communal appellations and 1ers Crus / 2 white wines and 3 red wines).
