A gourmet experience: a vineyard, truffle patch and orchard

High above Beaune, on the Montagne de Beaune, nestled in the heart of nature between vineyards and forests, La Belle Chatelaine invites you to discover the secrets of its three-hundred-year-old walled vineyard.
Jean-Louis Martin, the owner and winemaker, passionate about his region, its “terroir” and fine produce, welcomes you with an invitation to explore his lyre-trained vines, truffle patch, orchard, vegetable garden and greenhouse, whether you're with family, friends or your partner … in short, to “make yourself at home”.
The walk through the walled vineyard is guided, interactive and, above all, tasty: you can pick and taste some organic seasonal fruits straight from the tree or bush: blackcurrants, raspberries, peaches, blackberries, apricots and more.
 
A friendly tasting, outdoors or under the shelter of the stone cottage's awning, continues the experience.
 
The "Truffle discovery tour & truffle hunting with a truffle dog" experience:
Learn all about Burgundy truffles: a walk through the truffle patch, learning about the trees, planting, maintenance, truffle hunting and a tasting of two truffle toasts.

Starting: Every Thursday and Friday from 10.30am to 12.00pm
Service guaranteed for four people or more.
