Run by wine and vineyard experts, Mélodie and Hugo invite you to their fascinating immersion into the history of Burgundy, revealing the secrets of its unique “terroirs”, the meticulous work in the vineyards and subtleties of the art of tasting. Each of the winemakers represented in the cellar has been selected for the precision and quality of their vintage, so you can taste the very best our region has to offer.
