On the programme for the Cèdre Wine Experience:
On an autumn morning, our head sommelier Benjamin Maillet will accompany you through a food and wine tasting lasting 2 hr 30 to 3 hr:
- gourmet coffee at The Library lounge bar at Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa
- visit to Beaune market and shopping for regional products
- tasting of 4 wines (2 whites, 2 reds) in food and wine pairings in the vineyards or within the Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa, depending on the weather
