Thanks to a revolutionary staging and the use of highly sophisticated visual, audio and sensory aids, you'll finally be able to experience live all the stages in the processing of mustard seed: from the storage silo to the packaging of the finished product.
While La Moutarderie Fallot has managed to preserve the traditional, ancestral method of production, grinding the seeds on a stone millstone, it is now proud to invite you to discover new experiences and unprecedented sensations thanks to this new tour worthy of the 21st century.

Every day from 2 January to 31 December 2026:
Visits in FRENCH: 10am, 11am, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 4pm and 4.30pm
Tours in ENGLISH from 1 June to 30 September 2026: 1.30pm
The studio shop is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 6pm, Sunday 9.30am - 5pm.
