Moutarderie Fallot, the first French museum space dedicated to mustard, invites you to discover this legendary condiment via a real introductory journey. A fun, interactive tour through a timeless olfactory atmosphere like no other, the Discovery Trail takes the visitor through the centuries to remind them of the activities and traditions linked to mustard and its history.
The old tools and equipment are displayed to best effect by a coordinated play of light and sound, plunging the visitor into the surprising world of mustard to reveal many of the secrets of its manufacture. With all senses awakened, everyone can experience these new, spicy pleasures ranging from making to tasting mustard, and even test their knowledge!
Tour lasts: 1 hr 30 approx

The shop-workshop is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 6.00pm, Sunday 9.30am - 5.00pm.
