To mark the 166th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, Domaine Marguerite Carillon and the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Charlemagne have joined forces to offer you an exceptional gourmet journey. Immerse yourself in the heart of our winery and vaulted cellars for a unique tasting experience. You’ll be served eight exceptional wines, including Hospices de Beaune selections and Grands Crus, perfectly paired with dishes crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Rudy Villien.

To further delight the senses, Chef Rudy Villien has devised surprise food pairings designed to enhance the unique character of each “cuvée”. A promise of culinary delights and new flavours that will make this day truly memorable.
