The 5 Wine Discovery Tasting Tour includes gougères (cheese pastries):
Opening days and dates:
- 5 January to 7 March 2026: tasting tours Monday to Saturday mornings
- 9 March to 19 December 2026: tasting tours Monday to Saturday mornings
Closed: 6 April, 1 May and 25 May
Tasting tour start times:
Monday to Friday: 11.00am, 2.00pm, 3.00pm, 4.00pm and 5.00pm
Saturday morning: 10.00am and 11.00am
