Located in the old farm of Saint Martin Abbey, in the western part of Beaune, on the border between city and vineyards, Domaine Baptiste Guyot opens its doors to you.
Baptiste Guyot took over managing the family estate in 2010, and today operates 9 hectares of vines.
The grape varieties used are, of course, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté.
Baptiste Guyot works his vines using sustainable cultivation, favouring ploughing between the rows and organic treatments.
Domaine BAPTISTE GUYOT invites you to discover and taste 6 wines from the estate, to mark the Wine Sales 2023 celebrations:
- Monopole Clos du Foulot blanc 2021 and 2022
- Beaune 1er Cru Les Grèves 2020 and 2021
- Beaune 1er Cru Les Teurons 2021
- Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Avaux 2018
The tasting will be accompanied by gougères (cheese pastries) and marbled ham.
You’ll visit the estate from vineyard to cellar, and leave with your free glass.
Tastings start every half-hour:
Starting: 9.30am, 10.00am, 10.30am, 11.00am, 11.30am, 12.00pm, 1.30pm, 2.00pm, 2.30pm, 3.00pm, 3.30pm, 4.00pm, 4.30pm, 5.00pm (last departure; except Sunday: last departure at 4.00pm)
