A retrospective of the work of British sculptor Paul Day, who lives in Sainte-Sabine (Côte d'Or).
The artist is internationally renowned for his monumental works, which can be found in numerous public and private spaces around the world.

- Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne - Musée du vin de Beaune: discover the history of vine-growing and the secrets of Burgundy wine-making, revealing the richness of the universal and living cultural heritage linked to wine-growing Burgundy.
- Hôtel Dieu des Hospices Civils de Beaune: founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, Chancellor of the Dukes of Burgundy, and his wife Guigone de Salins, the Hôtel-Dieu is a charitable institution that has survived for nearly six centuries thanks to the generosity of its donors and benefactors. A "palace for the poor" dedicated to the destitute sick, it remained in operation until 1971.
A jewel of Burgundian architecture, renowned for its polychrome glazed roofs and its emblematic Wine Sale, it is also a showcase for the hospital's past: treatment rooms, apothecary, decorative ensembles, the Last Judgement polyptych and collections of furniture and objets d'art retrace the history of the building from the 15th to the 21st century. The annual programme reflects the values of caring and sharing, a link between carers, patients and visitors.
Strolling through the site is an invitation to reweave the links between past and present, to look at things from a different angle, and to question the future to which we aspire.
