To mark the 166th Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction, Maison Bouchard Aîné & Fils invites you aboard the “Normandie” for an exceptional tour and tasting experience, running from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 November 2026.
Your voyage begins in the historic reception rooms of the Bouchard Pavilion, before continuing in our 18th-century cellars.
Through our nine "ports of call", you’ll discover a welcome drink followed by eight fine Burgundy wines, including a white wine straight from the barrel, two Hospices de Beaune cuvées and two Grands Crus.
This voyage into the heart of Burgundy’s finest wines also includes 6 gourmet food pairings, designed as a true travelogue blending heritage, “terroirs” and discovery.
The tour and tasting includes nine ports of call: a welcome drink, eight Burgundy wines and six gourmet food pairings.
