Château de la Crée - Cycling Experience Of The “Terroirs” Of Santenay (picnic option)

Combine the pleasures of life and a trip through the heart of nature... Take a big breath of fresh air and follow the guide for a unique way to discover the Terroirs of Santenay.
At the handlebars of a Scott bike with electric assistance, you can appreciate the beauty of the landscapes of the famous Côte de Beaune.
Wine lovers and nature lovers, accompanied by your guide, enjoy to the full the “Climats” classified as World Heritage by UNESCO, from Maranges to Santenay.
We’ll visit some of our iconic plots such as: Santenay - Clos de la Confrérie - Santenay 1er Cru - Gravières Santenay 1er Cru - Beauregard Santenay 1er Cru - Clos Faubard etc., where we’ll talk together about the Burgundy classification, and more specifically the Santenay appellation.
During this experience, you’ll discover the impact of the Terroir, its importance and how it translates to the glass. During a break at the Sorine Mill, we’ll taste a wine out in the vineyards.
Then it’s time to return to the Château, where after having travelled 10 km through our vineyards, you can enjoy 3 other wines from the estate during a commented, interactive tasting held outside if possible.

Before or after your experience, in the heart of nature, enjoy the space and tranquillity of the château’s park.
A moment of relaxation enjoyed together with family or friends awaits you.
You’ll find in your basket items purchased from the market (cold dish), a cheese, a dessert, as well as a bottle of water (33cl):
Your picnic is made from fresh, seasonal, local products.
A selection of wines will be offered for sale to further enhance your meal.
A junior picnic, up to 12 years old, is also available (must be booked separately, contact us)
