Located between Dijon and Beaune (20 minutes from Beaune), surrounded by vineyards and fields, Maison aux Mille Truffes is a peaceful, shady place that invites you to enjoy yourself.
Watchwords at l'Or des Valois: pleasure, gourmet experience, history, good food, simplicity and wonderful experiences. Thierry, the owner of l’Or des Valois, and his son Yann invite you into the world of the Truffle.
Through our different packages, we’ll take you out into the park to show you the work of truffle hunting with our dogs. You can then taste the many truffle products, created with local artisans, while sharing with us stories and anecdotes about our profession as truffle hunters.
Our shop offers you an all-year-round selection of truffle products. In season, you can also purchase fresh truffles. Let yourself be tempted by our recipes and our good food by booking today.
"VALLEY OF GASTRONOMY" PREMIUM LUNCH PACKAGE: (the menu changes with the seasons)
The service includes:
- Appetisers: buttered toast with Burgundy Truffle and a glass of crémant
- Starter: Pâté en croute with black truffle accompanied by salad and seasonal raw vegetables, truffle vinaigrette
- Hot dish: Ballotine of cod on a bed of sunny chopped vegetables and onion confit, topped with a creamy sauce with Burgundy truffles, accompanied by risotto with parmesan cream
- Cheese: trio of 3 truffle cheeses
- Dessert: the experience continues!
- Drinks not included
The menu can be modified according to the Chef's inspiration.

Open EVERY DAY except Tuesday and Wednesday
Annual closing: from 17/01 to 17/02/2022 inclusive and from Monday January 16, 2023 in the evening to Wednesday February 15, 2023 inclusive
