Beaune Belfry

Presentation

Discover the history of a building dear to the inhabitants of Beaune: the belfry which, for almost 600 years, has set the rhythm of city life... Public clock commissioned by Philippe le Hardi, watchtower, natural history museum, wine museum, the belfry has had several successive functions.
A commented tour brings to life, on the first two levels, the history of this astonishing clock tower. The third level presents a temporary exhibition in this unusual architectural setting.
